Q: What are your store hours?

A: Monday – Friday 10:00AM – 3:00PM. On Thursdays, we are open extended hours until 6PM

Q: What are your donation hours?

A: Donations can be dropped off Monday – Thursday from 9am to 1pm. We cannot receive donations Friday-Sunday.

Because of our size, we cannot receive some items. We appreciate your help in ensuring that your donations are items we can accept.
We can receive lightly used and new items (clothing, household items, jewelry, etc)
We cannot accept: mattresses, computer equipment, child car seats, or large furniture

Q: Why are the chains up when I come to donate?

A: You’re probably coming Friday-Sun when we are closed. We have to put the chains up for security reasons. Please see above for our donation hours

Q: What items are useful for Gran’s Attic?

A: Clothes, Jewelry, Small Electrical goods, Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Blu Ray.

Q: What kinds of clothing do you accept?

A: Good news! We now take all clothing all year round, so we take winter clothes in summer and summer clothes in winter!

Q: What items do you NOT accept?

A: Due to space limitations, we cannot accept Mattresses or Furniture.  We also do not accept Broken items, VHS tapes, Damaged/Stained Clothing and Linens, Mismatched or Well-Worn Shoes. Computer equipment and Cellphones are usually non-functional or way out of date, so we do not accept those items. We do, however, encourage you to recycle those items. Best Buy accepts most items at no charge.

Q: What do you do with the items I donate?

A: We will mark items at a low price and sell them in our Thrift Shoppe. We also give away some items to low-income families and families who are experiencing emergencies.
