Q: What are your hours of business?
A: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 3:00
Q: When can I donate?
A: There is a 24 hour weekday donation box. On Friday afternoons at 3:00, we put the chains up and are unable to accept donations on the weekend.
Q: Why are the chains up when I come to donate?
A: You’re probably coming during the weekend when we are closed. We have to put the chains up for security reasons.
Q: Why do you sometimes not take particular items I am trying to donate?
A: We would love to take everything, but we are very small and our space is limited. Sometimes we might have enough of a particular item and no way to store more.
Q: What kinds of clothing do you accept?
A: Seasonal clothing…lightweight clothing during Spring and Summer, and warmer garments during the Fall and Winter.
Q: What do you do with the items I donate?
A: We will mark items at a low price and sell them in our Thrift Shop. We also give away some items to low-income families and families who are experiencing emergencies.
